Learning and Quality Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Learning and Quality Instructional Designer is a key member of the Learning and Development team, responsible for the full lifecycle of instructional design projects, from needs assessment and analysis to development, implementation, and evaluation. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, project management skills, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

In Short

• Hybrid Setup (onsite work at least twice a week) - Bridgetowne, QC
• Monday to Friday | 3 PM to 12 AM
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design.
• Proven ability to leverage multiple instructional design models.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and learning theories.
• Proficiency in creating various learning materials.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
