This position is for contract work and is intended for future projects as new contracts are secured. Work will be project-based, with timelines and scope varying depending on client needs. This is not a full-time or immediate-hire role but an opportunity to be considered for upcoming contract work as it becomes available.

In Short

  • Create interactive, multimedia-rich e-learning modules, such as video lessons, simulations, quizzes, and other instructional materials.
  • Work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, and organizational leaders to gather content requirements, ensure accuracy, and incorporate feedback into course design.
  • Maintain accurate status of projects, milestones, and tasks.
  • Diagnose and escalate risks to project team leads.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry tools and processes.
  • Actively participate in and/or facilitate in-person or virtual meetings as needed to support learning projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail that results in high-quality work.
  • Enthusiasm for the work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in Educational Technology, Instructional Technology/Design, Information Systems or other related fields.
  • Ability to blend and implement multiple instructional modalities including ILT, vILT, video, e-learning, using tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Vyond.
  • Demonstrate personal creativity, innovation, flexibility, and passion about instructional design and learner experiences.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
