Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager (PM) will be instrumental in driving both internal and customer-facing projects, leveraging ConnectWise Manage. The PM will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and optimizing resource allocation.

In Short

• Work from Home position.
• Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
• Project Creation & Tracking in ConnectWise Manage.
• Track and monitor project progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Utilize resource management tools effectively.
• Implement quality checks on project deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets and manage billing.
• Continuously improve project management processes.
• Ensure all project documentation is organized.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
• Knowledge of ConnectWise Manage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of MSP operations.
