Overview

The AVP, Systems Integration, Digital Banking is a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions across the organization, setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

In Short

• Serve as a technical lead for complex software projects.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of integration solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on, full-stack software engineering experience required.
• Deep expertise in AWS Cloud, Confluent Kafka, Node.js, and modern integration patterns.
• Expertise in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, etc).
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience using observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, DataDog).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
