In Short

• Lead the development and execution of core banking system integrations.
• Define API and data mapping strategies for digital banking functionalities.
• Collaborate with core banking providers for efficient integrations.
• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders for integration challenges.
• Partner with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Monitor KPIs to measure integration success.
• Stay updated with fintech trends and core banking technologies.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Drive product innovation with data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech.
• Experience in digital banking, payments, or core banking integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data mapping.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Experience working with technical teams on complex integrations.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience with financial technology platforms is preferred.
