Training & Instructional Design Specialist, Digital Banking - Remote

Overview

The Training & Instructional Design Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive training for new hires to the digital banking team, facilitating orientation for workflows of the Digital Banking operations department, and supporting training initiatives.

In Short

• Deliver training programs to employees virtually on various topics.
• Perform analysis of internal training needs and develop training materials.
• Utilize adult learning principles and effective communication in training facilitation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training quality.
• Work with the Instructional Designer to develop training aids and materials.
• Maintain flexible working hours within 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial institution trainer role.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Instructional Design or Training.
• Experience in a financial institution or consulting firm preferred.
• Ability to listen and understand business requirements.
• Proficiency with learning tools and methodologies.
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
