Overview

As an AccessIt Sales Representative, you will leverage inbound and outbound communications—via phone, virtual meetings, and email—to drive the sale of our expanding portfolio of software and services solutions.

In Short

  • Win new business and expand solution sales within an established territory.
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Use structured time management skills to prioritize daily activities.
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales.
  • Actively use CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate opportunities.
  • Engage and present to clients through product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement an adaptable territory plan.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to self-improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in managing multiple sales processes.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools preferred.
  • Resilient, optimistic, and accountable.
