Overview

The Account Manager will be joining a fast-growing team at FloQast to help expand and renew the client base for their Accounting Workflow Automation solution while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Lead a book of business for existing mid-market clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Manage existing clients to ensure growth and customer expansion.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com.
  • Provide reports on sales activities and projects.
  • Pursue knowledge of key competitors.
  • Manage renewal opportunities and account information.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Network and build relationships with clients.
  • Travel as required within assigned territory.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of successful software sales experience.
  • Knowledge of FloQast/Close Management Software desired.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Proven success in sales models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting.
