In Short

  • This is a Weekend Shift, specifically seeking individuals willing to work either Friday - Tuesday, 9am - 6pm EST.
  • This is a fully remote position, requiring exemplary time management skills.
  • Provide quick, friendly, and high-quality assistance to customers via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Become an expert on Flock Safety, serving as a valuable resource for customers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve escalated situations.
  • Contribute to the Flock Safety Customer Help Center to reduce customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable supporting customers through phone, chat, and email.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work a weekend shift.
