Overview

Wagmo is looking for a Customer Support Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction, particularly on weekends.

In Short

  • Work every Saturday with a weekday off.
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
  • Handle customer escalations and complex questions about insurance and claims.
  • Collaborate with the Claims team for updates on claim status.
  • Document and improve Customer Support processes.
  • Stay informed about evolving processes to assist customers effectively.
  • 2+ years of support experience in a high-growth startup preferred.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Requirements

  • A passion for continuous improvement in customer support processes.
  • 2+ years of support experience in insurtech, fintech, healthcare, or subscription-based business.
  • Experience using Zendesk; bonus for admin or reporting experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a habit of closing the loop on support issues.
  • Ability to convey empathy and tact in communication.
  • Adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays with a weekday off.
