Director of Customer Marketing - Remote

Overview

Fleetio is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Customer Marketing to lead programs that engage, grow, and celebrate our customer community. This role is focused on advocacy, community building, and expansion marketing—turning customers into champions, fostering meaningful peer connections, and driving adoption and expansion across our customer base.

In Short

• Lead customer advocacy programs that identify, nurture, and amplify top customer champions.
• Develop and grow the Fleetio customer community for connection and engagement.
• Build and execute expansion marketing strategies for additional product adoption.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing on customer journey campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand and Communications to showcase customer stories.
• Measure and optimize program performance using data.
• Champion the voice of the customer internally.
• Build and mentor a customer marketing team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven ability to design and scale customer programs.
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Sales.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on metrics.
• Hands-on and resourceful approach.
• Leadership experience with a passion for developing talent.
