Overview

As a Legal Recruiter, you will leverage your recruiting experience and sales background to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber legal professionals. Your primary focus will be on relationship building, both with potential candidates and hiring attorneys, to ensure a successful and positive recruiting experience.

Requirements

  • JD required, experience as an attorney preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in legal positions.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role with a proven track record.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with recruiting methods.
