Overview

As a Client Support Tier 2 specialist at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in resolving merchant escalations and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

In Short

  • Resolve merchant escalations using customer empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure timely reporting and follow-up on client issues.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
  • Analyze data to determine root causes and make recommendations.
  • Negotiate with clients to reach satisfactory conclusions.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the merchant services industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Experience with online information management systems is a plus.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and workflows for process improvement.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal departments.
