Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in employee relations in high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and drive results.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably BambooHR.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Data Analytic Software.
