Overview

The Software Engineer at Firstup will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and services while improving the company's approach to architecture, scale, availability, and fault-tolerance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience building reliable microservices.
• Experience with Ruby, SQL, TypeScript, or JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven experience in front-end, back-end, and database development.
• Technical proficiency in software engineering topics.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm preferred.
• Experience with AWS preferred.
• Experience with ML and AI preferred.
• Experience in an enterprise SaaS organization preferred.
• Open-source contributions and side-projects preferred.
