Overview

As an Online Banking (eSupport) Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced environment where you support our members via email and assist with a variety of banking needs, including account inquiries, loan support, and cross-selling credit union products and services.

In Short

  • Answer member emails and perform financial transactions.
  • Fulfill servicing requests and discover cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support digital questions around mobile and online banking.
  • Act as an intermediary between back office/support teams and members.
  • Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services.
  • Partner with customers to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries.
  • Engage in change management daily.
  • Meet quarterly sales objectives and email efficiency metrics.
  • Provide first contact resolution and build lasting member relationships.
  • Adhere to attendance requirements and operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high volume service and sales environment.
  • Aptitude for learning various computer systems.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deescalate calls and think critically.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and calculator use.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
