Overview

As an Enablement Specialist, you will empower teams to perform at their best by driving readiness, performance, and alignment across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

In Short

• Coordinate training sessions and manage logistics for team readiness.
• Develop playbooks, battle cards, and product cheat sheets.
• Support cross-functional initiatives like system rollouts.
• Help roll out and drive adoption of platforms like Salesforce.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze trends for enablement effectiveness.
• 2-4 years in enablement or sales operations roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience with CRM systems and content management.
• Amenable to work at night (9 PM - 6 AM).
• Bonus for SaaS or tech-enabled services experience.
