Enablement Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Enablement Specialist will support the development and delivery of programs that empower the Customer Organization, focusing on training and onboarding.

• Support the development and delivery of training programs.
• Work closely with Enablement Programs manager and Marketing.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences.
• Play a key role in onboarding new team members.
• Deliver interactive training for customer-facing teams.
• Build training materials for various tools and product features.
• Assess learning needs and provide action plans.
• Collaborate on Go-to-Market event planning.
• Manage the Highspot learning platform.
• Ensure resources are accurate and aligned with best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years in project coordination or sales enablement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Highspot, Salesforce, Gong is a plus.
• Preferred experience in enabling sales and customer success.
