Overview

The Sales Operations team within S&P Mobility’s Automotive division is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Enablement Specialist to partner closely with the Director of Sales Training & Enablement. This role is critical in developing and supporting the implementation of sales enablement and AI tools throughout the sales department.

In Short

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new sales team members.
  • Establish and maintain a robust playbook and resource library for sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance tool adoption among sales reps.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and analyze data to assess the impact of sales enablement tools.
  • Develop engaging e-learning modules tailored to the sales team’s needs.
  • Work in a global role with exposure to diverse teams and segments.
  • Monitor technology adoption and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Create best practices for utilizing sales enablement tools and AI.
  • Support the implementation of sales enablement and AI tools across the sales department.
  • Foster professional growth in a cutting-edge field integrating sales enablement technology and AI.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in sales or sales enablement technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Sales Technology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and eLearning principles.
  • Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and provide insights.
  • Experience in developing e-learning content and engaging training materials.
  • Proven track record in enhancing sales performance through training.
