Overview

The Legal Counsel role involves supporting the Optimisation Legal Division on regulatory matters, contracts, and generalist legal issues, acting as a key partner to the Legal, Risk and Compliance function.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in the UK and/or US.
• 3-4 years of experience in a legal function at a regulated financial services firm.
• Experience in regulatory matters and contract negotiation.
