The Legal Regulatory and Compliance Counsel will oversee legal, compliance, regulatory, and operational matters in a remote contract position.

• Remote position for LATAM and India.
• Work hours generally from 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.
• Provide advice on U.S. regulatory and compliance matters.

• Manage multi-state mortgage lending licensing projects.
• Oversee compliance with licensing requirements.
• Prepare residential mortgage loan closing documents.
• Communicate with outside counsel.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written command of English.
• Experience in legal and compliance matters.
• Knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements.
