In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in E-Commerce, consumer protection, competition law, media distribution, and marketing regulation.
• Advise on industry-specific issues, including regulatory requirements and compliance aspects in digital commerce and advertising.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk analyses and assist in monitoring regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements

• Admission to the Swiss Bar, ideally with an LLM.
• 2-10 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, consumer protection, competition law, or marketing regulation, preferably in an international law firm or company.
• Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and advising on regulatory compliance requirements.
• Fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Italian (English proficiency also required).
