• Assist with state money transmitter application requirements
• Assist with bank charter project requirements
• Assist with license renewals and reports
• Assist with business registrations
• Maintain multiple trackers/checklists
• Develop and maintain policy documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Participate in audits and exams

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Paralegal certification is a plus
• 3 years of paralegal experience in corporate law
• Experience in money transmission and regulatory compliance
• AML experience preferred
• Familiarity with global payments licensing
• Ability to manage multiple projects
