GTM Enablement Specialist - Remote

Overview

Keeper Security is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented GTM Enablement Specialist to support the development and execution of enablement initiatives that elevate sales productivity and customer success across all segments of Keeper’s revenue organization. This is a 100% remote position with the option to work hybrid from the Chicago, IL metro area.

In Short

• Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members.
• Maintain and organize enablement materials including playbooks and onboarding guides.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of ongoing enablement initiatives.
• Manage scheduling and communications for internal training sessions.
• Support the enablement platform, ensuring users can access current content.
• Track enablement program participation and impact metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between Revenue Operations and field teams.
• Stay informed on Keeper’s products and GTM strategies.
