Lyra Health is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic GTM Enablement team, focusing on content creation, program design, and live facilitation to empower Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.

• Design and improve onboarding and skill development programs for GTM teams.
• Develop and track assessments and certifications for enablement programs.
• Create engaging enablement content with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain learning content within LMS and enablement platforms.
• Facilitate large-scale enablement initiatives and training sessions.
• Assess enablement needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Support reporting efforts for enablement programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developing enablement programs.
• Familiarity with enablement tools like Salesforce and WorkRamp.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Experience in HR, Benefits, or Healthcare is a plus.
• Strong interest in learning about Enablement trends.
