Overview

The Senior Sales Enablement Program Specialist will play a critical role in empowering LivePerson’s sales and customer success teams to deliver on our Digital Outcomes Approach. This role will focus on equipping sellers with the knowledge, tools, and assets needed to engage customers at every stage of the engagement model, from Value Discovery through Value Maximization.

In Short

  • Design and deliver enablement programs that align with LivePerson’s Digital Outcomes Approach.
  • Create and manage content such as training modules, playbooks, and toolkits.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure effective use of sales and enablement tools.
  • Deliver ongoing training on key sales processes and methodologies.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Solutions Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track enablement program impact.
  • Support the creation and delivery of enablement events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement priorities.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in sales enablement or sales operations within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools like Highspot, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Experience designing and delivering sales training.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
