Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our IT department, responsible for a broad range of technical tasks that ensure our internal systems and employee setups are running smoothly.

In Short

  • Configure and support employee devices (Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android).
  • Manage software systems such as Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
  • Handle user access management and security protocols.
  • Coordinate technical onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Maintain an inventory of company devices.
  • Provide internal IT support and resolve technical issues.
  • Write and maintain IT-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve technology use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in technical support with device management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Atlassian, and MDM.
  • Understanding of access management and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of shell scripting languages (Bash, Powershell, Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Location: Must be based in Germany or Portugal, preferably in Berlin or Porto.
