Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment.
• 4+ years of people management experience in Engineering recruiting.
• Experience leading and nurturing senior recruiters and sourcers.
• Experience working with stakeholders to drive recruiting strategies.
• Data-driven approach to team performance and efficiency.
• Track record of building a scalable recruiting function.
• Experience optimizing recruiting processes for changing business needs.
