Overview

Fetch is seeking a Senior Director of Play to lead our mobile gaming vertical within the New Markets (Expanded Core) division. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role owning the vision, strategy, partnerships, and performance of Fetch’s gaming ecosystem.

In Short

  • Lead the mobile gaming vertical at Fetch.
  • Drive strategy, execution, and results across user growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Develop partnerships and scale integrations within the gaming ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to enhance user experiences.
  • Monitor performance metrics for the Play vertical.
  • Act as a key advisor to the GM of Expanded and executive leadership.
  • Foster a people-first culture within the organization.
  • Ensure alignment with key partners on goals and execution.
  • Drive initiatives that integrate gamification into the Fetch app.
  • Represent Fetch externally in the gaming industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in general management or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in mobile gaming is preferred.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling new business units.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a bonus.
