Overview

The Enterprise PMO Program Manager at Ferguson will oversee and drive key strategic programs to ensure efficient execution and alignment across various functions.

Requirements

• Ability to build and coach teams effectively.
• Experience in resource organization and prioritization.
• Ability to implement short- and long-term plans.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of project management principles.
