Product Manager - Enterprise - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at dbt Labs, you will work cross-functionally to help guide products from ideation to launch by connecting the technical needs of users and the business needs of our company.

In Short

• Define and execute the goals, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise product initiatives in Identity & Security.
• Dive into analytics engineering and security workflows, user requirements, market potential, and competitor offerings.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams to launch new products and refine existing features.
• Create tight feedback loops with admin stakeholders to evolve the product.
• Drive innovation in analytics engineering, focusing on security and identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, trusted experience.
• Shape the vision and strategy for enterprise product initiatives.
• Stay close to customers to meet their security and compliance needs.
• Inspire the team around a shared vision for Identity & Security.
• Master complex security topics and become a go-to security leader in the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience building products for Security, Developer, or IT Admin personas.
• Hands-on familiarity with security and identity tools and standards.
• Experience thriving in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to drive production adoption in enterprise organizations.
