Overview

As a Project Manager in our Enterprise unit, you'll lead strategic initiatives for the clinic segment, driving continuous improvement in Italy and ensuring operational excellence for Sales and CS teams.

In Short

• Lead Enterprise projects in Italy, ensuring team adherence to global standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to achieve project goals.
• Understand the business in granular detail by listening to stakeholders and clinics.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Serve as the main contact for communications, updates, and queries.
• Teaming with Project Managers in other countries to share and implement best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in leading operations projects.
• Excellent in analyzing and synthesizing data for actionable recommendations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Tech-savvy and fluent in English (verbal and written).
