• Become an expert on our users and their research workflows within the first 90 days.
• Drive development and execution of the vision for our enterprise application.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise product management experience in a B2B SaaS startup.
• Experience with AI to enhance workflows.
• Ability to motivate teams with impact-oriented goals.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to challenge ideas.
• Expertise in combining qualitative insights and quantitative data.
• Clear communication skills and a passion for the mission.
• Background in life sciences is a plus, but curiosity is essential.
