Overview

The Program Manager will oversee multiple high-priority projects and programs to support the organization’s strategic goals, including support for M&A integrations of acquired businesses.

In Short

  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to structure and scope business problems.
  • Provide program and project management support for key initiatives.
  • Drive progress on high-priority, cross-functional programs and projects.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
  • Implement and execute on program and project management best practices.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end post-merger integration planning and execution.
  • Lead process and system discovery and conduct gap analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business analysis.
  • Strong ability to drive results and change in a matrixed environment.
  • Executive presence with the ability to present ideas and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
