Overview

The Enterprise Program Manager at Coupa will be responsible for managing complex programs and projects across the organization, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT program and project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
