Overview

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking a Legal Counsel for a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide legal support for its operations in the EMEA region, focusing on various legal matters and contract negotiations.

In Short

• Responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in England & Wales or an EU jurisdiction.
• Experience in a recognized law firm or corporate legal department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with commercial contracts and compliance.
