Senior Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to support the collections processes for key customer accounts in a collaborative environment.

In Short

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of 1400 customer accounts.
• Maintain chargeback dispute and collection processes.
• Conduct credit analysis on existing and prospective customers.
• Resolve invoice payment discrepancies and billing errors.
• Create weekly and monthly Credit and Accounts Receivable reports.
• Assist with month-end responsibilities and audits.
• Work closely with the Cash Applications team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Comply with company policies regarding credit and collections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B Accounts Receivable/Collections experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a team environment.
