Requirements

  • At least 10 years of overall experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the wind offshore segment.
  • Proficiency in English (read/write/speak).
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to balance ambition with care for colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
