As the Senior Manager of Key Accounts at ezCater, you will be crucial in leading and developing a high-performing team of Key Account Executives. Your leadership will be central to fostering their skills, refining processes, and utilizing tools to effectively present, close, and earn the trust of our largest Corporate Customers, thereby growing the adoption of ezCater features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise Sales Management experience.
• 8+ years of sales or negotiation experience with large businesses.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading a team to achieve growth targets.
• Ability to define program requirements using data metrics.
• Experience selling to procurement and supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with complex data.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
• High threshold for working in an ambiguous environment.
