We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Compensation Analyst IC3 to join our People team. This role serves as a subject-matter expert and key partner in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with ezCater’s business strategy.

In Short

• Lead market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing roles.
• Own the execution of compensation programs and policies.
• Evaluate job responsibilities to recommend appropriate compensation levels.
• Manage salary survey participation and results analysis.
• Prepare and present compensation reports and insights.
• Co-lead the annual compensation review process.
• Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
• Support the design and evaluation of incentive programs.
• Maintain accurate compensation-related data in HRIS.
• Assist with the company's equity plans.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools.
• Strong experience with compensation survey platforms.
• Experience with UKG and compensation analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of core compensation principles.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
