Overview

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you will play a critical role in administering compensation programs and ensuring competitive pay practices.

• Assist with the administration of variable pay programs.
• Provide guidance on compensation-related items to HR Business Partners.
• Gather and maintain market-based compensation data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation program analysis and administration.
• Experience in financial analysis.
• Retail experience is preferred.
