In Short

• Lead and scale the Product Marketing function as the company expands across Europe.
• Take full ownership of the product marketing strategy, driving messaging and sales enablement.
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Equip go-to-market teams with impactful materials and training.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Define and oversee a content strategy that supports thought leadership.
• Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Apply deep knowledge of threats and technologies to inform messaging and positioning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 3 years in the cybersecurity domain.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with product messaging and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a bias for action.
• High agency and visibility, able to drive initiatives and make decisions.
• Comfortable in a remote, fast-growing environment.
