• Manage communication with property owners.

• Review and verify vendor and service invoices.
• Process work orders from Breezeway to PMS Software (TRACK).
• Summarize work performed and attach billing charges.
• Run weekly reporting for maintenance billing totals.
• Review homeowner statements for accurate billing.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and vacation rental management tools is essential.

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in Excel.
