Overview

The Vice President of Implementation will shape and implement a world-class client implementation strategy, ensuring seamless deployment of Experian Health's SaaS solutions and services while focusing on client satisfaction and collaboration.

In Short

  • Develop and execute the overarching Implementation strategy.
  • Lead projects to improve scalability, speed, and quality of implementations.
  • Establish implementation methodologies and quality assurance standards.
  • Ensure successful setup and delivery of products for clients.
  • Inspire and develop the implementation team.
  • Partner with various departments to enhance client experiences.
  • Mentor leaders and team members for personal and departmental goals.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Act as an advisor to clients during and post-implementation.
  • Stay attuned to market trends and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is beneficial.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Healthcare Client Implementations.
  • 8+ years of experience leading teams and mentoring.
  • Expertise in healthcare workflows and integration standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Success in managing complex implementation portfolios.
  • Outstanding client experience delivery.
