Overview

The Vice-President, Implementation will lead the successful delivery of high-impact enterprise implementations for nesto’s Mortgage Cloud platform, ensuring client satisfaction and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

• Lead Mortgage Cloud Implementations from kick-off to delivery.
• Build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients.
• Manage and mentor project managers and delivery leads.
• Align efforts across engineering, product, and operations.
• Continuously improve implementation frameworks and standards.
• Define and manage budgets and resources across implementations.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Provide hands-on leadership to unblock teams.
• Drive impact for financial institutions through effective delivery.
• Report directly to the CPO and scale the implementation practice.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex software implementations.
• Deep understanding of implementation methodologies.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to translate requirements.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly proactive with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience working with executive clients and leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
