Overview

nesto is looking for a Lifecycle Manager to enhance client communication and engagement strategies, improving the experience of leads and customers while optimizing operational efficiency.

• Define and refine client communication and customer journey maps.
• Develop multi-touch omnichannel communication strategies.

• Migrate existing communications to new solutions.

• Optimize the communications tech stack for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Expertise in Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Marketo.
• Strong skills in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with data segmentation and API integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Bilingual in French and English is highly preferred.
