Lifecycle Account Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Lifecycle Account Manager, you will lead client accounts and oversee retention strategies, ensuring flawless delivery across email and SMS for a high-performance marketing agency.

In Short

• Own 4–6 client relationships and drive end-to-end campaign and flow execution
• Translate strategy into deliverables and ensure timelines, quality, and scope stay tight
• Proactively manage workflows in ClickUp and keep internal teams aligned
• Conduct final reviews of emails and flows before client delivery
• Create and manage campaign sending calendars and rollout plans
• Serve as the retention lead in client calls
• Audit and QA Klaviyo flows
• Proactively identify growth opportunities across accounts

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo and email flows
• Strong instincts and exceptional organization skills
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
• Experience in managing client relationships
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables
• Familiarity with A/B testing and upsell strategies
