Solutions Architect - CRM - Remote

Overview

The CRM Solutions Architect will focus on developing personalized, cross-channel solutions, integrating data, business rules, and ML models to deliver a dynamic customer experience.

In Short

• Lead solution workshops and develop detailed business and technical requirements.
• Guide collaboration across teams to translate strategic vision into solution design.
• Develop data models, transformations, and flows for CRM marketing.
• Design and develop software solutions that enhance Experian's marketing tech stack.
• Collaborate with teams for end-to-end solution design and implementation.
• Present solution designs with cost/effort and benefit estimates.
• Ensure solutions are informed by analytics and KPIs.
• Conduct build vs buy assessments and present solution options.
• Prototype tools into the Marketing Tech stack and lead adoption.
• Participate in an on-call rotation accommodating Pacific workday hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology solutions architecture.
• Expertise in enterprise customer data and personalization technology.
• Advanced skills in customer journey development and campaign management.
• Knowledge of large-scale customer data and digital marketing technology.
• Advanced data development skills in SQL, Python, and API integrations.
• Experience with multi-channel digital marketing and CRM programs.
