In Short

• Provide exceptional technical assistance for the open-source Dapr project.
• Support production deployments on Kubernetes.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Diagrid products.
• Contribute to the Dapr open-source project.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in a knowledge base.
• Work as part of the Customer Success team to resolve bugs and feature requests.
• Help customers adopt Diagrid products and distributed system architectures.
• Contribute to webinars and training sessions for users.
• Collaborate with the Open Source Engineering team on improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support teams in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes and related tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Go, Python, .NET or JavaScript.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Diagrid tools and services is a plus.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or Kubernetes are advantageous.
