Overview

The Senior Staff Engineer will contribute to the Architecture, Design, and Development of key projects within the Marketplace domain at Experian, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable, cloud-based technology solutions.

In Short

• Design, Development, and Testing of main programs within Marketplace Engineering.
• Develop technical solutions built for quality, scale, and performance.
• Collaborate with business, product management, and PMO on product roadmaps.
• Participate in code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of software development experience with backend and middle-tier components.
• Experience in cloud-based containerized environments and orchestration solutions.
• Hands-on experience in the AWS ecosystem.
• In-depth understanding of Microservices and Event streaming.
• Database programming skills in SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with test-driven development.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Architecting solutions with a focus on security.
